Hideouts (2)
Identical contemporary suites, with direct access to the pool and practically adjoined with a shared terrace. Each with a King-sized bed and lounge area. These suites are adjoined to the main living space and close in proximity to the Primary Suite.

Treetops (3)
Identical rooms with king-sized beds + Queen size sofa bed in separate living areas, full wet bars + fridge, ensuite bathrooms, each with gorgeous outdoor terraces. Each sleeps 2-4 people.

All meals are included, prepared by private chefs and a dedicated kitchen team using the finest fresh ingredients, often sourced from the estate's own gardens. Menus are customized to your preferences and shared for approval before your stay.

Premium Beverages

Dedicated Estate Team
A professional and attentive team, led by an estate manager, head chef, and guest services manager, ensures a flawless experience. Housekeeping, gardening, and round-the-clock guest services are all included.

Island Activities
Access a wide range of land and water activities, including tennis, hiking, a fully equipped gym, and a water sports center with paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel gear, Hobie Cats, and more. Shared amenities feature a Beach House with a pool, jacuzzi, private dining areas, and exclusive event spaces.

Airport Transfers and Island Transport
Three round-trip airport transfers per estate are included. Each estate is equipped with Mokes or buggies for convenient island transportation, where nothing is more than a 3–5-minute ride away.

Optional Extras: Scuba, Snuba, flyboarding, kitesurfing, jet ski, freediving (and lessons), Fishing trips and island hopping boat charter, Yoga classes, Entertainments such as singers, DJs, fire dancers and other performers, Flower displays, balloons, fireworks, photo booth and decorations for specific events, Spa treatments, makeup artists and hairdressers, Off-island trips to restaurants and places of interest, Furniture hire for special events such as conferences and weddings.  

Additional information: Minimum stay at Moskito is three nights, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (seven nights).

  • Taxes and Fees:
    • Service charge (10%), HAT (3%), and resort fees (5%) are charged on top, totaling 18%.
    • Environmental and Tourism Levy: $10 per person.
    • Departure Tax: $50 per person, payable at the airport upon departure from the BVI.
  • Stay Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-night, 5-suite stays year-round.
    • Festive Season: 7-night minimum, entire estate booking required.

  • 12 years and under: $550 per child per night on a rollaway bed.
  • 16 years and under: $775 per child per night on a rollaway bed.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel during the HOLIDAY SEASON (December 15 – January 5) will not receive any refunds.

90 or more day’s notice provided, 75% of payments made will be refunded.

46-89 days notice provided, 50% of payments made will be refunded.

45 days or less notice, no payment will be refunded.

There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Deposit Policy

VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA requires that 50% of the rent is due at the time you secure your reservation. The balance of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. No-shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See hurricane policy, below.) No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem that cannot be cured within 48 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation. Prices at all villas are subject to change. No rebates or increases in pricing will be made once the Guest’s deposit payment has been submitted.

HURRICANE POLICY:
In the event of a pending hurricane, all guests MUST vacate their villa when instructed to do so by VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA staff. Guests will only be asked to vacate the property if local officials have deemed it unsafe. If guests are asked to vacate the property; any unused rent will be refunded. If the guests leave on their own volition, no refund of any sort will be given. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to incur any travel-related expenses associated with an early departure from the villa whether they leave on their own accord or if asked to do so by the staff of VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA.
